A pet services platform for India. Pet parents find boarding, grooming, vets and farewell services near them, book a slot and pay online. Businesses run their whole day on it. I designed it, built every part of it, and still run it.

A sign in button other companies drop into their own website. One script tag, and their form fills itself with the pet owner's details once the owner consents.
The part nobody sees, and the part that decides whether the money is right.
200+ endpoints. Holds a slot so it cannot be double sold, verifies every payment before confirming, applies the refund policy, numbers the tax invoice so a number is never reused, and books the courier.
So ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini can search the platform, check availability and make a real booking.
Booking, pet health records, walk tracking, chat with the provider, and payment in the app. The home screen is driven from the server, so new sections go live without shipping an update.
